The council supported the launching of a help desk solution that empowers government and private organizations alike by giving them the ability to improve their customer service with a fast, cost-effective, user-friendly, and scalable help desk solution. The event was attended by the DICT, CEMCDO, CHED, TESDA, DTI, Mindanao State University, and the private sector.
